I am absolutely over the moon excited for you all. I couldn’t be more proud. I love each and every one of you who made this happen. And with more news pouring in that multiple states have legalised gay marriage tonight, I know that this really is a date to remember.

It was such a relief, after hours following the election results. I’m so glad I voted this year, especially in Virginia.
Thrilled AND relieved. And then four states that either voted for, confirmed, or refused to ban gay marriage? Made my night. So different from in 2008 when Obama won, but so did Prop 8 in California (still upsets me).
Believe me, up here in Canada we are just as thrilled.
